The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for working with the customer service team and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction industry. They will be the main point of contact for customers during the warranty period after a home is purchased. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work as a part of the customer service team and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Be the main point of contact for homeowners during the warranty period after a home is purchased.
• Deal with disgruntled homeowners that have problems with their homes and be able to resolve issues in a calm and timely manner
• Ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, strongly preferred in the construction industry.
• Really targeting someone looking for a long-term role!!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
Compensation: $50,000-65,000 (bonuses, vehicle allowance/phone allowance)
